Sada kada je Covid pandemija daleko iza nas, gaming industrija je tokom 2023. godine je doživela pravu renesansu kada su desetine odličnih igara počele da oduševljavaju igrače maltene svakog meseca. Finalni rezultat ovakve iznenađujuće jake navale igara će biti veoma neizvesan i težak posao biranja najboljih igara godine, što će se kao i uvek prvo desiti na popularnoj The Game Awards ceremoniji koja će se na našem prostoru ove godine emitovati 8. decembra u ranim jutarnjim časovima.

Organizator ove ceremonije koju podržavaju svi veliki izdavači zabavnog softvera i svetski gaming mediji Geoff Keighley je obećao da jubilarni deseti šou opet pratiti stari šablon gde će igrači moći uživati ne samo u nagradama za najbolje igre godine već i poglede na nove video igre kao i muzičke performanse iz popularnih ovogodišnjih igara. Kao i uvek, najveću pažnju i ove godine uzima nagrada za igru godine u kojima će skoro sigurno najviše glasova medija i publike uzeti open world naslov The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom i iznenadni RPG megahit Baldur’s Gate 3.
